Anybody know how to turn a jpeg into a html link?

What do you need to use it for? Is it to link in an email or something like that?

Want to send this jpeg out as an E-shot but it has to be in html format

It's free, but you may have to register. They give you an html link for your uploaded image afaik.

Does your work not have it's own online server that you could upload it to? In work we use filezilla to upload any images to our server and then link up our work in dreamweaver, I just take my html from there.

yeah it does...I havent a clue about doing any of this stuff. I uploaded it to that image shack so I will send it to one of the I.T guys and see if they can do it.. cheers ryan

it gives you the option on Image Shack to copy and paste the HTML code/link

I use this site Campaign monitor for sending newsletters ect.

when I go to upload the jpeg onto this site it has an empty bar then browse option. I tried to copy and paste the link in but it wont let me. weird

Free image hosting sites often fanny about with the image (size etc) when you host with them + you can't guarentee the image will always be there meaning the eshot could have dead image links which always looks very unprofessional imo.

Yeah, free image hosts are only ever a last resort.

Email your tech guys in work. I'm sure you'll have an online server you can upload images to, then it's just a case of putting it into something like dreamweaver to edit.

You should end up with a link like this:

The website i have to upload it to says this

I tried pasting the html link on image shack into a new tap but it doesnt open as a webpage. Also tried saving the link but it doesnt give me that option.
