or elsewhere else folk frequent in the country for that matter.

no foregners allowed to tout their prices, except dubliners.

errigle, 4.60 now for a pint of peroni.

at least dick turpin wore a mask.

+1 on Asahi being watery. Stank.
Tsintao is greatness.

Trust what you like. Not some Dingbat on a forum, talking self-aggrandising crap, who's more concern with what it says on the label.

0 |

That's pretty ridiculous. Any explanation for why they raised the price?

0 |

4.30 in Derry for peroni

0 |

2.70 for a pint of becks in the v bar

0 |

Don't tell mmurray that mtb. Hell be straight down to raise it to 4.40

0 |

We're thinking of getting a few of these in, www.brewdog.com/produc... that would put us firmly in the lead regarding most expensive bottled beer.

0 |

yes but thats relative to the cost brewdog.

the errigle now only gets people going to it 11-1am on a saturday due to the price. people go out less, so he puts the prices up. maniac.

and its 3.85 for carlsberg in it now.

0 |

Bar visits have significantly dropped for me as a result of the present bar prices. The cost of two or three hours pinting could get you a whole day of treating yourself.

0 |

bottle of heineken is 4 odd quid, 12 heineken in tesco = 10 quid

no contest

0 |

thats cental london prices marco, madness, its the fuckin ormeau leek

0 |

*central

0 |

it's near £6 for a pint of asahi in wagashiters in victoria square.

0 |

Christ.

0 |

The offy on the ormeau road had those nuclear penguins in round christmas time. They were goin for £40 odd then, apparently its ratten too.

0 |

true bill on the asahi? thats surely a winner

0 |

yea, i was in recently. think it may have been more than £6. i have a figure near £13 in my head for two pints.

0 |

jumping jehova

0 |

Was in a bar on Saturday where there was several bottled beers costing £25+

0 |

i can corroborate on mr8040's claims. near as much as the dinner itself.

food is average n'all.

0 |

tell them to stick it up their hole. thirteen fucking quid.

0 |

Thon argentinian steak house out the back of boots was selling quilmes for about £6 (and the last time I was there was a couple of years ago). Mind you, they were barrack busters.

0 |

for a massive bottle?

tesco do a very big quilmes bottle for a fiver or so.

0 |

www.mysupermarket.co.u...

aye these so

0 |

Mixture of bottle sizes, from 335ml to 700ml.

Some amazing beers; the draft was priced by strength from £2.95 through to £7.95.

0 |

Those super strong beers are disgusting. Got one few years ago that was worlds strongest beer back then and it was like special brew but worse

0 |

aye beer should know its place

if i want something @ 40% i'll get a whiskey

pm wayne etc

0 |

owners of the errigle are a pack of cunts, can't understand why people drink there.

Hudson seel 5am saint?

0 |

How much do Williams brothers Ales etc cost in a pub?

Count your lucky stars folks. In Finland quite recently, I paid 49 euro for a pizza and two pints.

0 |

Peroni in the Hudson isn't far off 4.60 though, no?

Why we don't seem to be able to produce a decent beer for own domestic market still baffles me though. Why are we drinking pints of Italian beer ffs?

0 |

in my case because were all italian super huns

ciao!

0 |

Actually had thought pub prices would have gone down with the Tories in. Brewers are one of the oldest supporters of the party. Nothing ever seems to end the squeeze on the working class habits of drinking and smoking.

0 |

Oh, the only thing wagamama is good for is using non predictive text on an old style mobile phone to spell he name.

Bland always , literally flavourless often, shite ramen, overpriced beers.

0 |

4.20 in the hudson if i remember correctly

Peroni on draft is absolutely supoiiib though.

0 |

Peroni's overrated as fuck. Get Moosehead in!

0 |

Don't mind paying a bit more for a nice beer. I'm out less these days but when I am I like to enjoy everything so it usually involves food then few bars to try a variety of drinks and maybe round the night off with some decent music somewhere

Costs more than I would have spent on nights out but they are less frequent so I guess it balances out

0 |

Worth the guts of five ding a pint though? Would have any czech/german beer over it as well tbf.

To get people in every pub should the lavs beer of the month thing.

0 |

Merchant is mid 4 quid plus they stick10 % on top, even if u order off the barman. Robbing hoors

0 |

last time i was in lavs went on beer of the month and wents bananas, ten specials and five pints.

it was something crazy like £3 for a 500ml, but this was 2010.

0 |

is it nat £4.80/4.90 for a pint of erdinger in filthy mcnastys? dear hole in general is fulthys

0 |

www.brewdog.com/produc... cheap for a brewdog, up as £1.59 on their site, get them in mmurray, dead pony club

Williams bros is around £4 in hudson, but im with Muzka and enjoy tasting nice things when out these days, dont enjoy drinking normal beers bar smithicks, Guinness, Newqie and bass and I can drink them at home for cheap

0 |

Smithwicks isn't a bad beer. All harp/tennents etc should be no more than 2.50 a pint.

0 |

those brew dog ales are quite nice. always enjoy mixing the beers and trying new types on a night out. i have yet to see a bar in this land which does beers like some of the euroland establishments i have been in, you could be in there a week and not get through their selection

0 |

heard Belgium is some spot for it RP, have class wee glasses for each beer

hopefully the Irish will start making more nice ales like the Scots, O'Haras a good brand

0 |

Belgian beers cost a fortune to stock. Seriously pricey stuff.

0 |

Stop with the excuses and get some trappists & lambics on tap!

0 |

Aye, then you can call me all the names of the day when it costs £6 a pint.

0 |

is there a general adhered to markup for beer prices?

clothing trade generally goes for 2.5-3 times
mark up for full price.

0 |

Had a bottle of Orval in Mourne Seafood the other week, twas tasty stuff. Tried in vain to get away with the glass

0 |

Flemish Red Ale is class. Tastes like sweet vinegar. Sounds horrible but it's amazing once you've had a few goes at it. Get cravings for Rodenbach now & again.

0 |

Not really, MTB. Each bar will have a %profit they're able to do but it's all subjective. Mostly drink is sold as cheap as it can be and still keep the place open.
